Creative Sellers rarely bored with their jobs, but sometimes you need a little something new to revive your performance routine. How about creating something new to sell?

To come up with new ideas, try the ongoing exchange of ideas. You probably brainstorming meetings with management and other vendors. Creative brainstorming techniques are selling the same ones you would use in group meetings, but you can use them alone. It is great to participate in group sessions, but you can not rely only create a large number of the ideas you need a creative salesperson.

The first step is to choose the essential terms of your research on them. Enter the page below, list the possible ways the products or services your company could help the prospect to achieve the goal of doing this. And follow the basic rules of successful ideas, like writing down these ideas.

1. There is nothing like a bad idea. Write down even if this is impossible. Especially if someone wrote down the hall saying “we’ve never done before.” Reserve decision until later.

2. See how you can be outrageous. Free-associate and put it on paper. The wilder the idea, the better. Crazy ideas that spark more ideas-smalls dead ends.

3. Fill the page, and then another start. Quantity is your goal, because the list you have more ideas, the better the chances of finding a good result.

4. Do not stop when you come to the “right” idea. May be better able to expect to come out.

No need to have a group of people to brainstorm, either. You can be yourself, if you open your mind and let it set.

The second step is to review the ideas and combine or expand, creating new ideas through interaction with information from other ideas. Again, do not be judgmental. There is still time to throw out bad ideas. Together extend this process and their ideas should be added to the list of possibilities is not, destroyed. As you do, you will probably come up with some completely new ideas, too.

There are several ways to encourage production for brainstorming. Look inside to see if any company which creates solutions that apply. Many companies package their products or services bundles designed to meet the needs of customers to create. You definitely do not want to ignore them. But the task of making sure that prepackaged offering exactly match your prospect specific purpose. You may need to “tweak” the package to work.

The source is a free association with unrelated meanings. This is a fancy term for stealing the luxury of thinking of somewhere else. One of my colleagues in business marketing often monitor television or thumb through magazine ads to see if a slogan or concept that can be “borrowed” to serve as a springboard for their own thinking. This will take a character like Tony The Tiger Kellogg, for example, to see if it can prove a version of the client. Maybe an animated cat named Karla kitten that purrs “You’rrre grrrand” when the foster owner Brand X. Or will designate slogan like “You’re in good hands with Allstate” and the customer’s name and products to see if they have compatible connections. It can lead, “You are in the form of the norm right diet.” It just does not steal the idea, but use it to start its own.

It is the place to start the process to look at past sales to customers like. Do not look at the dollars and cents or unit volume. Look deeper and see if you can identify or imagine because the customer made a purchase. Talk to vendors who made the sale and minds about the conditions and events leading up to. The veterans in the sales department (and managers, too) is usually full of stories of battles and many victories. The next time you have a history of the war, see if you can find the idea that inspired the battle, instead of politely nodding through. Sometimes a polite “Why?” Will ask the teller to show you that.
